Meet Rebekah
It is our huge pleasure to introduce you to our Senior Advisor Rebekah Tobias
Rebekah is founder of Independence Ventures, a consulting firm specializing in real estate advisory for prominent family offices and institutional investors in Europe, with a focus on operational real estate strategies.
In addition to her consulting work, she sits on the real estate expert council at Global Family Office Community (GFOC), is a Venture Partner at early stage VC fund First Look, investing in women and minority founders, is a Non-executive director and Board member at short term letting operator UnderTheDoormat Group, and is Senior Advisor at Loopliv, a UK senior housing provider.
Rebekah has over 20 years of real estate and investment experience having held senior roles at CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, M7 Real Estate and Marcol and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). She currently lives in London with her husband and their two children

Rebekah has an inherent ability to make even the most complex of financial structures make sense, she has guided us through all of the jargon, and acronyms and helped us to find our way in this complex environment.
When we say complex, it really has been about structuring Equity, Debt and also Business Investment in such a way as to meet the requirements of Loopliv and the way we wish to do business, and when that is dissected, then the complexity just seems to fall away, a bit like untangling the Christmas lights!
Our introductions have without exception, been to like minded funds, and family offices, who understand what and how, we want to grow our brand, the values we bring in our approach to place finding, development and operations and more importantly wish to be with us for the long haul as we impact this sector with new and innovative ways for people to live.
